Fexor Privacy Policy
Fexor is a high-heel community app that lets people browse heel posts, publish their own looks, save favorite pairs, manage a profile, purchase credits, and generate AI Try-On previews from a personal photo and a reference heel image.
Your Credits and Purchase Controls
When you buy credits for Try-On Preview, the payment transaction is processed by the app store. We receive purchase status, product identifiers, restore events, and balance updates needed to deliver credits, prevent abuse, answer billing questions, and keep purchase records.
The legal basis for this processing is contract fulfillment because we need that information to provide the credits you selected. Purchase records are kept for up to 7 years to satisfy accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
Your Privacy Controls
You can update or remove profile details, delete your own posts, sign out, and ask for access, correction, deletion, or restriction by emailing support@fexor.com with the subject line "Fexor Privacy Request."
We aim to respond within 30 days. If we need more time for a complex request, we will tell you why and explain the next step.
You can also turn off remembered AI preview consent in Settings. If you do, Fexor will ask again before any future AI preview request sends images.
What We Collect
- Account and profile details such as nickname, avatar, post history, favorites, and settings.
- Community content such as heel posts, style notes, saved looks, reports, and moderation actions.
- Try-On Preview inputs and outputs, including the personal photo you select, the reference heel image, and generated preview results.
- Purchase and balance events for credits, including product identifiers and transaction status.
- Device, app, and diagnostic information needed for security, stability, and troubleshooting.
- Tracking status and analytics events only if you grant tracking permission.
How We Use Your Information
We use account and profile information to run Fexor, display your posts and saved looks, keep your profile available across sessions, and enforce community safety rules. The legal basis is contract fulfillment for account services and legitimate interest for security, moderation, and abuse prevention.
We use reports, moderation signals, and technical logs to investigate policy violations, reduce spam, stop fraud, and protect the service. The legal basis is legitimate interest.
We use camera, photo library, microphone, and tracking permissions only for the specific flows described below and only when you choose to grant them. The legal basis for those permission-based activities is consent.
AI and Image Processing Features
When you use Try-On Preview, Fexor sends the photo you choose and the reference shoe image to our cloud storage provider and to Google via our AI processing provider so the preview can be generated and returned to the app.
We use these materials to complete the requested preview, improve reliability, investigate failed jobs, and prevent misuse of the service. The legal basis is contract fulfillment for the preview request and legitimate interest for service protection.
Temporary processing copies used for preview generation are generally deleted within 30 days. Preview results kept inside your account remain available until you delete them or until 30 days after your account deletion request.
Camera and Photo Library Access
Camera access is used when you capture a new heel photo, create a post, or update a profile image. Photo library access is used when you choose existing photos for posts, profile images, or Try-On Preview.
The legal basis is consent because these flows only happen after you grant permission and choose a photo action.
Microphone Access
Fexor requests microphone permission only if an embedded account or support experience asks to record audio. We do not use microphone access for the core heel community, posting, or Try-On Preview features.
If microphone access is used, the audio is processed only for that session unless the embedded experience clearly tells you otherwise. Session-level audio data is not retained by Fexor after the request is completed.
Analytics and Advertising
If you allow tracking, Fexor may collect advertising and install measurement signals to understand campaign performance, app usage trends, and technical issues. The legal basis is consent.
Crash and diagnostic records that do not depend on tracking are retained for up to 90 days so we can maintain service quality and fix failures.
User Content and Community
Fexor uses community posts, reports, saved looks, and profile information to present the Heel Feed, personalize your profile, and enforce community rules. Reports and moderation records may be kept for up to 2 years when they are needed to investigate repeat abuse or defend legal claims.
Account data, profile information, posts, and favorites are normally kept while your account is active and for up to 30 days after a verified deletion request, unless longer retention is required for legal, fraud, or security reasons.
Third-Party Services
Fexor relies on service providers in these categories:
- App store payment and purchase restoration providers
- Cloud hosting and file storage providers
- Google, via our AI processing provider, for Try-On Preview generation
- Analytics, diagnostics, and performance measurement providers
- Embedded web content or support service providers
Any third party that processes personal data for Fexor must provide the same or equal protection described in this policy.
Children's Privacy
Fexor is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to Fexor, contact us at support@fexor.com so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Fexor changes features, data practices, or legal obligations. Material updates will be shown in the app or on an updated support page before they take effect.
