Frequently Asked Questions

  1. How do I restore purchased credits in Fexor?

Open the credits or recharge area in Fexor and use the restore purchase action. If the app store confirms the original purchase is restorable, the balance will be added back to your account automatically.

  2. What happens to unused credits?

Unused standard purchased credits remain attached to your Fexor account until they are used or expire under the credits terms. Promotional balances can follow different rules if that was shown when the bonus was granted.

  3. Why does Try-On Preview look different from my photo?

Preview quality depends on the pose, lighting, image crop, and the reference heel image. Full-body or clear lower-leg photos usually generate cleaner alignment than low-light or tightly cropped images.

  4. Why does Fexor need camera access?

Camera permission is used when you capture a new heel photo for a post or take a new profile image directly inside the app.

  5. Why does Fexor need access to my photos?

Photo library access lets you choose an existing heel image, profile image, or personal photo for Try-On Preview from your device.

  6. How do I report an inappropriate heel post or profile?

Open the post detail or the profile actions menu, choose the report option, and submit the closest reason. You can also block the profile if you do not want to see that person's content again.

  7. Can I delete a heel post after publishing it?

Yes. Open your own post from your profile or post detail view and use the delete action. The post will be removed from the community feed.

  8. How do I keep a pair for later without posting it?

Save the look to your favorites or keep it in your profile archive so you can come back to the pair when you want to compare shape, finish, or styling ideas.
